End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, FISCUSASSIST CONSULTANT PRIVATE LIMITED grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use FiscusFlow on Android devices you own or control for personal finance tracking and related personal use.

2. License Restrictions

• Do not copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the app except as expressly allowed.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass security controls, or extract proprietary models, parsers, or app logic except where law expressly permits.
• Do not use the app to build a competing product, scrape services, overload systems, or perform unauthorized access.
• Do not remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The app is licensed, not sold. FISCUSASSIST CONSULTANT PRIVATE LIMITED and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in FiscusFlow, including software, designs, logos, workflows, templates, models, and documentation.

4. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, patches, feature changes, or removals. Some features may require the latest app version, Android version, permissions, subscription status, or network access.

5. Permissions and Local Data

FiscusFlow may request permissions such as SMS, notifications, file access, or biometric/PIN-related flows where supported. You can manage permissions in Android settings, but disabling permissions may limit features. Local app data may remain on your device unless you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services for authentication, cloud sync, ads, analytics, crash reporting, payments, AI summaries, notifications, market-rate data, and device services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. No Advice and No Guarantee

FiscusFlow is a software tool for informational personal finance organization. It does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transaction extraction, perfect alert delivery, correct market or currency rates, or suitability for any financial decision.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete copies where applicable. Sections relating to ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.
